Description
WONKSKNOW is looking for EdTech Sales leader to lead the sales effort for its EdOptim, EasySchoolBilling, RaiseHand, ProWonks line of products. WONKSKNOW has built exceptional cutting-edge technologies to disrupt EdTech, corporate training, accounting software, and remote video conferencing industries. The sales leader will have an opportunity to develop and implement sales strategy for multiple of these product lines. Sales leader will drive product launches, go to market plans, messaging, positioning, prospecting and lead generation. This person will start as an individual contributor and will soon start working on building a strong sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity to build your own high performing team. Other responsibilities of this role include training sales force on new products, positioning, massaging, competition and sales strategies. This role will also be required to analyze the competition and share assessments with the product and management team.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will be one who has experience working in an EdTech company and has background of being high performing sales team member or a sales team leader.
High level of critical thinking and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should be an excellent team player with ability to bring people together to achieve a shared goal.
Should be a motivating leader or has potential to be a motivating leader. Someone who is able to get the best from their team.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
